My name is Kristina Ono and welcome to Ono's Oahu! I love food whether it's cooking my own or checking out new restaurants and cafes in my home state of Hawaii. I created this space to share my recommendations on all things food!
My Story
In Hawaiian, "ono" means delicious and is a common word used in Hawaii when describing food. With my love of food, no wonder my last name is Ono!
Born and raised on Oahu, I have always been interested in exploring the island for new restaurants and cafes. I also love to cook my own food! While I love all types of cuisine, my favorites have to be Japanese and Italian.
I created "Ono's Oahu" to share my favorite places to eat on the island as well as share my experiences at restaurants and cafes that are new and/or I have never been to before. I will also use this space to share recipes that I've tried!
